Registration fees include:
Access to all sessions, the coffee breaks, the lunches on 18, 19 and 20 October, the cocktail on 18 October and the Conference Dinner on 20 October.
Additional tickets for the Conference dinner can be purchased at 90 € VAT incl. but please note that the number of extra Conference dinners is limited. Early Registration is highly recommended.
* Student/Retired fees
If you wish to benefit from the student/retired registration fee, you must send proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card or certificate delivered by your former employer) by fax to 33 5 63 72 30 32 or by email to contact@icso2016.com
Without proof of status at the time of registration, you will not be entitled to the student/retired rate.

Confirmation of the registration
You will receive by email a copy of the registration request.
Registration confirmations will be sent by email once payment or original order form has been received by CNES.
All the payments and order forms have to be received by CNES one week before the beginning of the Conference.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made by email as soon as possible to contact@icso2016.com
- 50% refund if cancellation received from 1 August to 3 October 2016
- No refund for cancellation received after 3 October 2016
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made, all bank charges will be for the registrants account
In the event that CNES cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid. CNES shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
If CNES postpones or changes the event dates, you will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid.
All other kind of reparation or reimbursement are excluded.
